Refund Policy:
- Refunds must be requested 10 days prior to the class date.
- Refunds must be requested via email to [email protected].
- Classes can be rescheduled if an alternate class is available to be rescheduled to, prior to original class date.
- Tickets purchased within 10 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled to an alternate class.
- If you decide to reschedule your class, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Protect His House Training reserves the right to reschedule or change any class date, time, and/or location as deemed necessary.
- If a new class date is not available in your area, we will refund your ticket price. If you would like to learn more about your church hosting an event, [email protected].
Health Notice:
In the interest of everyone's health and safety, we are asking attendees who do not feel well on the day of event to reschedule their ticket for a future date at no charge. If you have health concerns about attending an event, we are happy to reschedule your ticket for a future event date at no charge. If you need to reschedule your course, please email your original receipt to [email protected], along with the date of the future event you would like to attend.
